The Google Bourbon update held in three phases. Google has
decide to do 3.5 improvements in their search quality.
The first phase of the update includes the 0.5 improvements.
Rest of the of the 3.0 improvements done in two phases. Its was
not too disastrous like Florida Update, so there are not too
much clues.
